Andrew Han

FOUNDER, Physiotherapist
 

Andrew is the founder of Mobi Healthcare, His vision was to create a collaboration of health care professionals to disrupt the current model of healthcare and provide a flexible, community centred solution for allied healthcare needs.

Andrew has undergraduate degrees from UTS in Business (Management), Information Technology as well as Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is dedicated to teaching and is a clinical educator for Macquarie University.

Andrew loves being a Physiotherapist and has developed a passion for Neurological physiotherapy and working with those in the community suffering from a debilitating disease or illness. He is specially trained in a variety of conditions including Traumatic Brain Injury,  Acute and Chronic Stroke as well as progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, Huntingtons and Multiple Sclerosis.

He also does occupational health consulting and has experience in setting up and running injury management programs, pre-employment screening protocols and complex return to work capacity assessments.

Amanda Chiu

Physiotherapist

Amanda is a Physiotherapist at Mobi Healthcare with a strong passion for providing clients with the highest quality of care. Her approach aligns with Mobi’s vision of improving the level of care being delivered to our community.

She has completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours at Western University in Canada along with a Master of Physiotherapy at University of Sydney.

Amanda has gained a broad range of knowledge and vast clinical experience in neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions through her previous work in a rehabilitation hospital in Sydney. She has treated patients with Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury, Post-stroke, joint replacements and various other injuries or disabilities.

She is a trained PD Warrior instructor and incorporates pilates, hydrotherapy, exercise prescription and soft tissue techniques for her patients treatment plan. Amanda is keen to provide her patients with personal and engaging treatments using a client centered approach in order to help each individual reach their desired goals.

Ankita Surpal

PHYSIOTHERAPIST
 

Ankita is a Physiotherapist who has joined Mobi Healthcare with a determination to improve the quality of care in the community. She has had a broad experience working in aged care centres, renowned post surgical units, acute and rehab hospitals and clinics in Australia and India. She completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010 at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India and has since completed a Grad Dip in Management and Health Service Management at UTS, Sydney.

She has undertaken further specialised training in treating patients with conditions such as Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury and Parkinson’s disease. 

Ankita’s approach to treatment is to build a good rapport and patient-therapist relationship allowing her to deliver high standards of patient centred care and make changes to their quality of life.
